Ecstacy In Anger

I don't really understand anger. Its an emotion I've never been very capable of dealing with. Problem is, I seem to be filled with it. Pent up rage from a life time of poor experiences and situations. It doesn't just seep into my art work it projectile vomits out. I consider myself to be a pretty ferocious painter. I lash out at the paper, cracking the brush the board, rubbing and pounding the paper with my hands. And I will allow it to continue, its become an import part of my creative process and I suspect that in the end its quite healthy. Besides, I'm not one to lie in my paintings, and even if I tried I couldn't prevent my art from being autobiographical.
